Many children dream about learning music and art, but have not had the opportunities to do so. This project aims to support these children through musical education. This educational support project is at its 4-year mark, and has flourished in its yearlong collaboration with Hyundai Department Group. Last year, on the 20^th of April, there was an orientation program with friends, teachers, and instructors. 

Applications were collected from 431 local children’s centers, 98 social welfare centers, 65 group homes, and 26 children’s welfare centers. From the surplus of applicants, only 40 children were selected for the program. They will be educated and mentored by the best professionals in vocal, dance, rapping, band, and more. Also they will have a chance to perform in November.

This year, a unique research project with Ewha Women’s University was conducted. The research aimed to measure the positive changes in students who went through the musical education program. Our students were briefed by the researchers and participated in the research surveys.

The musical education team is excited to see the students reach for their musical dreams. We hope that this education project instills a confidence and optimism that will allow these young students to shape their dreams into reality.
